The types of personal information collected at these pages are: name, address, e-mail address, phone number, RV year, make & model details, parts, services or sales related details requested. We also collect information regarding how you came to our website, the technology you use to visit and how you use the site itself. In person, we collect like information for the purpose of creating a customer record in our dealership management software.

We use the information you provide to create a customer record within our dealer management software (DMS). That information is used when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete orders. We collect personal information prior to performing transactions for the purposes of cross-checking credit card information through our secure transaction gateway services. The information collected above is required but will not be used for or forfeited to any other company, supplier or service.

We use your e-mail addresses to reply-to and answer e-mail we receive from which you requested such contact.

From your customer record in our DMS, depending on the type of contact and the relationship that is established, email addresses may be used to send marketing emails in accordance with the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation based on the type of consent. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to send the communications. You can register with our website if you would like to receive our newsletters without having a customer record. Anyone can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the incuded unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of each email.

If any notification or promotional message windows are displayed, a cookie is used to prevent additional dialogs from appearing after you have already acknowledged it.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information for the express purpose of improving our website for our customers. This is statistical information to allow us to facilitate improvements in design and delivery of information to you our customers.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online, or in person, in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Contests use personal information for the purpose of administering the contest. This includes entries, contacting the winner(s), and advertising related to the contest such as congratulating the winner(s).
