Job Purpose

  • The Demonstrator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service when performing the final walkthrough with the purchaser. They check to ensure the unit is neat and clean both inside and out before presenting it to the customer.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Take the purchaser on a final tour of RV or Trailer by demonstrating use of all equipment and components
  • Go through the inspection check-list with the purchaser.
  • Works closely with the Delivery, Service and Sales teams to ensure units are prepared for final delivery.
  • Ensure all paperwork has been completed.
  • Provide assistance to the sales or service team as required.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety rules and participate in all company and off site training as required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Excellent customer service skills - ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing - must be able to clearly speak, read, and write in English.
  • Must be approachable and have a pleasant personality.
  • A good listener and able to answer the customer’s questions and concerns.
  • Technical knowledge, basic shop skills and/or service background.
  • High levels of manual dexterity and bodily coordination to be able to demonstrate functions of the units.
  • Ability to work with a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is an asset but not required.

 

Working Conditions

  • The Demonstrator typically works in the service lot of the facility. They frequently work outdoors and be exposed to extreme heat or cold, or inclement weather. They may also be required to work in areas where proper protective equipment may be required.
  • This job requires some manual labour and strong attention to detail.
  • They will be required to lift and move heavy items, and able to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, turn, stretch, kneel, and work in uncomfortable positions.
  • Some evening, weekend or holiday work may be required depending on the needs of the business.

Job Purpose

  • The Salesperson is responsible for all sales activities and duties from lead generation through to closing the sale. They will sell new and used units from various manufacturers. They will achieve sales goals, work with clients to understand their needs and meet their expectations and guide them towards the most appropriate product to complete the sale.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction by assisting customers with buying decisions; listen, ask questions, and follow up with all potential sales leads and going the extra mile to drive sales.
  • Help customers select the RV which best fits their needs and advise on towing requirements.
  • Present and sell all makes and models of new and used RVs.
  • Prepare preliminary used vehicle appraisals.
  • Continually prospect to build a data base of new and existing customers
  • Participate in ongoing product training to stay current on all new and used models.
  • Accurately complete all required paperwork on a timely basis
  • Develop a strong team approach while working cohesively and recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety rules and participate in all company and off-site training as required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively communicate in both Mandarin and English
  • Strong ability to close sales with minimal meetings
  • Diploma in marketing or related field would be considered an asset
  • Proven sales experience, automotive/RV industry would be considered an asset.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Self-confident and able to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Integrity, professionalism in mannerism and dress, motivation and a desire to excel.
  • Basic computer knowledge, and the ability to learn new softwares quickly.

Wage

  • 100% commission based role, sales draw available – and full benefits.

Job Purpose

  • The service writer is typically the first person to greet the customer who requires service. They must be able to listen to the customers concerns, be sympathetic to their needs and offer the necessary services to meet the customer’s needs. The primary responsibility of the service writer is to act as the liaison between the customer and the technician.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet and confer with all service customers – be the service department’s primary line of communication with customers.
  • Must be able to diagnose problems based on what the customer initially tells them and by asking the right questions.
  • Schedule service and repair appointments.
  • Inform customers of additional recommended or required services.
  • Create and input work orders into internal computer software.
  • Perform estimates for time and parts required for warranty or repair services.
  • Communicate issues with technicians
  • Forward service work to the Tech Supervisor.
  • Complete work order once service is complete including; customer signatures and payments
  • Collect payment for completed work, explain the service completed to the customer and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety rules and participate in all company and off-site training as required
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Superior customer service and communication skills, both in person and on the telephone, are essential to success in this position and in enhancing the customer experience.
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining interpersonal relations, both with customers and coworkers, ability to listen carefully and give precise instructions.
  • Ability to plan, organize, work in a busy environment and follow-up on daily tasks.
  • Can resolve problems and make decisions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.

Job Purpose

  • The primary responsibility of the receiver is to ensure well organized, safe and efficient preparation and handling of incoming and outgoing materials. The receiver verifies merchandise and parts and organizes its distribution. They prepare related documents and maintain their work area.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receives parts and merchandise, checks and signs delivery slips, assists with unloading as necessary.
  • Unpacks merchandise and verifies the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents. Accepts or returns merchandise according to established procedures.
  • Keeps records of daily incoming and outgoing shipments and shares information as necessary.
  • Creates and affixes bar codes, prices, and part numbers as necessary or labels for customer ordered goods.
  • Shipping of parts and/or orders to customers or suppliers, paperwork administration of shipping process and follow up on receipts.
  • Organize document administration as it pertains to position; purchase orders, work orders, pricing, billing, return goods, part numbers, claims, etc.
  • Maintains storage area, organizes and places stock on shelves. Ensures area is secure at all times.
  • Assists service and parts personnel in locating parts in warehouse.
  • Participates in taking inventory.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety rules and participate in all company and off site training as required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills - must be able to clearly speak, read, and write in English.
  • Self-directed initiative, ability to work with limited supervision and able to see the job through.
  • Ability to plan, organize, work in a busy environment and follow-up on daily tasks. Working knowledge of warehouse procedures.
  • High attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining interpersonal relations with coworkers and suppliers.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to lift and manage boxes of parts and/or supplies as necessary.

 

Working Conditions

  • The Receiver typically works within the warehouse of the facility, where proper protective footwear is required. (closed toed shoes)
  • This position may be physically demanding and may require time sitting, standing, walking, lifting parts or merchandise and/or moving various objects. They may be required to twist, turn, stretch, bend, climb stairs, or reach above the shoulder.
  • This position may be required to sit at a desk and/or computer or use the telephone for long periods of time.
  • This position requires the use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, or faxes, which may cause eye strain and their workstation is located in a warehouse environment that may at times be noisy or dusty.
