Job Purpose

  • The Detailer is responsible for making an RV or Trailer look neat and clean both inside and out. Using a variety of cleaning equipment and products, these associates have an eye for cleanliness and inspection.

Duties and Responsibilities

Interior Detailer

  • Clean the interior of the recreational vehicles, including steam cleaning carpets, dusting, cleaning windows, kitchens, and bathrooms.
  • Wash the units using various cleaning solutions, equipment, and machines.
  • Responsible to apply material protection to leathers, vinyl and upholstery as needed.

Exterior Detailer

  • Pressure wash, and use brush to clean exterior of unit.
  • Apply unit protection to exterior of unit, including but not limited to waxes, and solvents.
  • Wash the units using various cleaning solutions, equipment and machines. Qualifications.


  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work independently and with limited supervision.
  • High attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
  • High levels of manual dexterity and bodily coordination to perform an array of tasks.

Sicard RV is currently seeking a Financial Services Manager to join our busy dealership. As a Finance Manager you will help to grow our business by providing quality products and services to customers to enhance the purchase of their vehicle.

We are looking for someone with an exceptional understanding of credit and finance, who can arrange financing for all customers through different financial institutions and continually follow up on credit applications for approvals. You must have a strong ability to negotiate, sell and consistently close. As a “hands-on” manager you must possess excellent organizational and relationship building skills with both the customers and the sales and management staff.

Position Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Responsible for New and Pre-Owned RV financing, selling of warranties, insurances, protection products, chemicals and accessories.
  • Completion of all documents, contracts and any related paperwork for delivery, funding and payment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with each transaction.


  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Financial Services Manager
  • OMVIC Certified
  • Proven track record of success in a dealership F&I Department
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customers at one time
  • Experience in the RV industry considered an asset
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Computer proficient, typing skills

Job Purpose

  • Recreation vehicle technicians examine, troubleshoot and diagnose units needing repair and maintenance. They install, repair and maintain interior and exterior components on motor homes, travel trailers, fifth wheel trailers, truck campers, tent trailers and van conversions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • General repair to Motorhomes, Travel Trailers, Fifth-Wheels and other camping units.
  • Repair and maintenance on propane gas and electric appliances such as furnaces, refrigerators, water heaters and air conditioners.
  • Perform maintenance repairs on unit components including but not limited to: siding, windows, doors, awnings, cabinets, counters, plumbing and electrical systems, batteries and charging systems.
  • Follow a checklist to complete Pre-Delivery Inspections of unit.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including Health and Safety rules and participate in all company and off-site training as required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.


  • RV Technician experience considered an asset.
  • 2+ years’ experience in relatable field, including renovations, handyman etc.
  • Mechanical, electrical and electronics aptitude; troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Job Purpose

  • The service advisor is typically the first person to greet the customer who requires service. They must be able to listen to the customers concerns, be sympathetic to their needs and offer the necessary services to meet the customer’s needs. The primary responsibility of the service writer is to act as the liaison between the customer and the technician.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments.
  • Create repair orders with detailed descriptions of problems and repairs required indicating all customer concerns and comments.
  • Estimate the cost and time needed for repairs.
  • Consult with mechanics, technicians and carpenters regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to repairs.
  • Provide warranty information to customers, and review repairs with customers.
  • Maintain regular communication with customer to ensure they are up to date with necessary information.


  • 1+ years’ experience working as an advisor in the automotive or RV industry.
  • Superior customer service and communication skills, both in person and on the telephone.
  • Ability to plan, organize, work in a busy environment and follow-up on daily tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.

Hours of Work

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5pm.
  • Rotation of Saturdays - 8:00am - 5pm.
