$20,000 GIVEAWAY: One (1) Entry with the purchase of a new or preowned unit (RV, vehicle or trailer, excluding consignment items). Contest begins Monday, September 1st, 2025 @ 9:00 AM and ends on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 @ 5:00 PM. There are a total of 1 prize available.

NOTES: Skill-testing question required. Open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are the age of majority in the province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the contest closes.

CONTEST SPONSOR: The 2025 Fall Open House $20,000 Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Sicard Holiday Campers Limited (“Sicard RV”), 7526 Regional Road 20, Smithville, Ontario, L0R 2A0.

CONTEST ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to legal residents of Canada excluding Quebec who have attained the age of majority in the province of residence at the time of entry who submit a Qualifying Entry during the Contest Period (“Entrants”).

HOW TO ENTER: You can enter the contest by making a Qualifying Purchase and completing the entry form your name, email, phone number, and agreeing to the terms and conditions (“Qualifying Entry”).

QUALIFYING PURCHASE: For the $20,000 Giveaway, a Qualifying Purchase includes any new or preowned RV (recreational vehicle), excluding consignment items. Purchases must be paid in full to qualify, either by cash or through funding by a bank prior to the Contest Draw. Funds must be received.

QUALIFYING ENTRY: For the Contests, a ballot will be provided after making a Qualifying Purchase. Receipt of an entry occurs when Sponsor receives a completed ballot with the required entry information. All entries must be complete and are subject to verification by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Limit one entry per household.

Any attempt or suspected attempt to use robotic, automatic, programmed or otherwise illicit means to enter the Contest, or any other methods not authorized by these Contest Rules, for example, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts, identities, or registrations, all in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, shall be deemed as tampering and may disqualify you from entering, participating and/or winning a prize. Entries that contain false or incomplete information are void. Entries that are late, lost, stolen, illegible, contain false information, are damaged, misdirected, mutilated, garbled or incomplete, altered or otherwise irregular or that do not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of the Contest Rules are void. Entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive license to use all entries for any purpose. No correspondence will be entered into except with Selected Entrants (defined below). Proof of transmission (for example, screenshots or captures) does not constitute proof of entry or receipt of an entry.

CONTEST PERIOD: The $20,000 Giveaway Contest begins 9:00 am EST on Monday, September 1st, 2025 and runs until 5:00 pm EST on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025. Other entries outside these dates may qualify at the sole discretion of Sicard RV.

CONTEST DRAW: One (1) random draw from all eligible Contest Entries to be held at approximately 10:00am on Friday, October 31st, 2025 (the “Draw Date”) at Sicard RV. The odds of a Contest Entry being selected depend on the number of eligible Contest Entries received during the Contest Period.

PRIZE: Subject to complying with all the Rules, the Selected Entrant will be eligible to receive a cheque for $20,000 (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and no substitution may be made except at Sicard RV's discretion.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the end of the Contest Period.

SKILL-TESTING QUESTION: Selected entrants will be required, as a condition of winning a prize, to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, the Sponsor’s time-limited, multi-step and multi-operational mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email.

PRIZE AWARD: The Selected Entrant will be notified by Sicard RV by e-mail using the contact information provided in the Entrant's Contest Entry within thirty (30) days of the Draw Date (“the Contact Date”). The Selected Entrant must claim the Prize by responding to Sicard RV's e-mail within seven (7) days from the Contact Date. If the Selected Entrant does not respond to Sicard RV within seven (7) days from the Contact Date, or if Sicard RV is unable to contact the Selected Entrant shall be disqualified from the Contest. Another draw will occur from the remaining eligible entries to determine the Winning Entrant.

To be eligible to win the Prize, the Selected Entrant must have complied with the Rules and must complete a Contest Entry which executes a Statement of Eligibility and Publicity Release (the “Statement”), pursuant to which the Selected Entrant will confirm, as applicable their:

1. compliance with these Official Contest Rules & Regulations;
2. acceptance of the Prize as awarded;
3. consent to the use of his or her name for any future advertising or promotional purposes in connection with the Contest only; without limitation and without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Notwithstanding anything in the Rules, before being declared the “Winner” and in order to receive the Prize, a Selected Entrant must:

1. signed the Statement, as instructed on the Statement when claiming their prize; or
2. sign and return the Statement to Sicard RV, as instructed on the Statement, within fourteen (14) days of the date the Statement is postmarked (if sent via postal mail), or the date the e-mail or fax is sent to the Selected Entrant.

The Prize must be accepted by the Winner as awarded and is not transferable. The Prize will be awarded to the Winner immediately after receipt of the completed and signed Statement by Sicard RV. The selected entrant must appear in-person at Sicard RV to claim the Prize.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: In order to enter the Contest, Entrants will be required to disclose certain personal information. By submitting a Contest Entry, an Entrant expressly consents to collection, use and disclosure of personal information to Sicard RV for the purpose of administering the Contest, and for Sicard RV's internal marketing purposes. Sicard RV will have the right to use personal information supplied by an Entrant to communicate with a Selected Entrant and to announce the Winner of the Contest. All personal information supplied by an Entrant and/or disclosed to Sicard RV will be treated in accordance with Sicard RV's privacy policy, a copy of which can be found at https://www.sicardrv.com/privacy-policy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Contest, Entrants acknowledge and agree: (a) to be bound by the Rules; (b) that if they are chosen as the Winner, they are responsible for all costs, expenses, fees, other disbursements and applicable national and provincial taxes arising from their Contest Entry in the Contest; (c) Sicard RV's decisions as to eligibility and all other matters in connection with the Contest are final; and (d) Sicard RV may use an Entrant's name in advertising or promotion in connection with the Contest only without obtaining any further consent from an Entrant or providing an Entrant with any compensation.

The Contest is subject to applicable Canadian federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Rules are subject to change without notice. Sicard RV reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the Contest at any time without further notice.

Entrants (nor friends, family, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, agents or representatives of an Entrant) may not tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Contest, as determined by Sicard RV. If Sicard RV determines, in its sole discretion, that an Entrant or their Contest Entry has breached any of the aforementioned prohibitions and/or has not complied with the Rules, such Entrant shall be disqualified from the Contest.

By submitting a Contest Entry and accepting the Prize, the Winner, immediate family and travel companions of the Winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sicard RV, its agents, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, Prize providers, promotional and advertising agencies from any and all liability arising in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, for or entry in the Contest, Sicard RV's selection of the Winner, any injuries including but not limited to personal injury, bodily injury (including without limitation wrongful death and disability), property damage to an Entrant's system resulting from the Entrants' entry in the Contest, loss or damage of any other kind, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize, the administration of the Contest or any Contest-related activity. Sicard RV makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or suitability of the Prize.

Sicard RV will not be responsible for Contest Entries which are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, destroyed, deleted, misdirected, illegible or unintelligible for any reason including: (a) any failure, technical malfunction, error, omission, interruption or malfunction of any telephone, cable line or other means of transmission, or any computer or other equipment or software; (b) any transmission errors or communication failures; (c) any injury, loss or damage of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize, or from entry in the Contest or any Contest-related activity; or (d) any combination thereof.
