A New Initiative from our Service Department
We recognize how important flexibility and timely service is to our customers. With an ever growing customer base, our past 8-5 work day sechedule was not adaquate to meet our increasing needs.
Change Was Needed
In the spring of 2011 we began our new 12 hour work day schedule with two shifts covering 7 days a week. This change has significantly increased the number of hours we have to meet our customers needs. It is operating with great success and has reduced the lead time necessary to book appointments and allowed us to complete customer service requests in a timely and competent manner.

Faster and better service! When you purchase an RV we can deliver it sooner, when you need service or warranty work done we can get you in quicker, all with the quality of work and attention to detail you'd expect!
We Value Your Business

If there is ever a reason we are unable to complete a service job we will explain why so you understand the circumstances regarding it. If you are ever unhappy with a repair we will take action to try to remedy it! This is the new Sicard RV 12/7 Service Department.
