Delivery Time
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. If there is an issue with availability we'll notify you of any such delays.
Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.
Shipping Quotes & Pricing
Some shipping quotes given online are not nessessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated. In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.
Shipping Methods
We ship our orders exclusively using UPS for both domestic and international orders.
Carrier/LTL transportation may be required for shipments which are oversized, overweight or need special handling. In these instances we will contact you to arrange delivery.
Undeliverable & Refused Shipments
Orders not accepted at delivery may be charged a re-delivery fee!
UPS will try to re-deliver a shipment if no one was there to accept it before returning it to the sender.
Carrier/LTL transportation may charge a fee equal to your shipping charge to re-deliver since these deliveries are specific and scheduled.
Orders that are refused or unable to be delivered will be returned to us at which point we will refund the order item costs and applicable taxes in the form of the original payment less a restocking fee. Note: shipping charges are not refundable.
Damaged Shipments
When receiving your order the packaging shows visible signs of damage, note this with the UPS driver and inspect the contents. If your order is damaged contact us immediately - we'll begin the claim procedure with UPS and replace your order.

We are committed to providing the best products, service and customer satisfaction possible. We'll refund or exchange purchases from our Retail Store or Online Parts Store that are within 30 days of the purchase date and are:
- Unopened, In their original packaging
- Not used, installed, or disassembled
- Not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Not missing parts, hardware or instructions
- Opened, but the product was defective
- Opened, but the product was damaged
- Accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice
To Return or Exchange An Item via Return Shipment:
- Contact us to begin the return process at parts.returns@sicardrv.com
- Package your return adaquately to avoid potential shipping damage that could delay your return or prevent your refund
- Include a copy of your order receipt
- Ship it back to us prepaid to:

Refunding a Purchase
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund for the parts sales amount will be issued in the method of payment used usually within 7-10 days. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note it refunds may not show up on your billing statement immediately.
Warranty Policy
Sicard RV guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for 30 days from the date of receipt. If you have received a defective product please contact us to arrange replacement.
Shipping Charges
We do not pay or reimburse the costs for shipping returns back to our location or shipping product exchanges except in the event we sent you an incorrect or defective product.

Restocking Fees
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the order on refunds, orders that are returned because they were undeliverable or refused, or when return criteria aren't met.
