RV Service Technician

For servicing Recreational Vehicals

We're currently looking for individuals to prepare units for delivery, install options, accessories and diagnose and repair recreational vehicles. Individuals must own tools and have steel-toed safety footware.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Overtime, Days, Weekends.

Salary: To be negotiated; Benefits.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Skill Requirements/Responsibilities include:

  • Education: Some high school, Completion of high school.
  • Credentials: Not required (any relavent an asset).
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Languages: Speak/Read/Write English.
  • Major Work Areas: Repair, Service, Installation.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Safety Footwear..
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, sitting, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, Lift up to 23kgs (50lbs).
  • Work Site Environment: Indoors, outdoors, at heights, odours, dusty, (dependant on time of year).
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is not available, own vehicle, valid drivers licence.
  • Work Location: Rural community, in shop.
  • Specific Skills: Inspect recreational vehicles for delivery, install options and accessories, diagnose and repair rv's and related items.
  • Essential Skills: Read text, document use, numeracy, writing, oral communication, working with others, problem solving, job task planning and organization, continous learning.
  • Other: Certificates or gas license preferred RV1 or RV2, Red Seal.
  • Other: Move/assist moving units into service bays.

Any previous experience with rv's or related certifications will be benificial.

Detailer

For detailing Recreational Vehicals

We're currently looking for individuals to detail recreational vehicles.

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Days.

Skill Requirements/Responsibilities include:

  • Education: Not required.
  • Credentials: Not required (any relavent an asset).
  • Experience: Not required (any an asset).
  • Languages: Speak/Read/Write English.
  • Major Work Areas: Detailing RV interior, exterior
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, repetitive tasks.
  • Work Site Environment: Indoors, noisy.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is not available, own vehicle, valid driver's licence.
  • Work Location: Rural community, in shop.
  • Types of Equipment: Carpet cleaning machines, steam cleaners.
  • Specific Skills: Work with minimal supervision, operate cleaning machines, clean interior of motor vehicles/trailers, detailing, wash and clean interior windows, vacuum floors, shampoo upholstery/carpetry.
  • Essential Skills: Oral communication, working with others.
